Complete Dentures Provided in Nottingham and Throughout the Midlands
A Natural-Looking Replacement for a Full Set of Teeth
Complete dentures are designed to replace all missing teeth in the upper or lower arch. Made to fit comfortably against your gums, they restore the appearance and function of your smile—helping you eat, speak and live with greater confidence.

What Are Complete Dentures?
Complete dentures (also called full dentures) are prosthetic devices that sit on the gums and are retained by the soft tissues and bone underneath. Using a carefully crafted combination of suction, saliva, tissue fit and design, they offer a reliable and natural-looking solution for total tooth loss.
Who Are They For?
Complete dentures are ideal if:
- You’ve lost all of your teeth in one or both jaws
- You’re unhappy with your current full dentures
- You want a discreet, aesthetic and affordable solution
How Long Do They Last?
With proper care, complete dentures typically last 6–8 years, although wear, changes in the mouth and aesthetic needs may require periodic replacement.
Regular reviews help ensure your dentures continue to fit well and function as intended.

Working With Denture Experts
At Denture Solutions, we focus on precision and comfort. We use both traditional and digital impressions, depending on your preferences and needs. Every denture is tailored using quality materials, clinical expertise and the latest technology to ensure the best possible outcome.
We also offer suction dentures and implant-retained options if you need extra stability—discussed during your consultation if suitable.

The Complete Denture Process
Initial Consultation
We assess your oral tissues, bone and previous denture history to decide the best path forward.
Impressions & Bite Registration
Accurate records are taken to allow a highly tailored denture to be crafted for optimal fit and aesthetics.
Try-In & Adjustments
We’ll test the denture in wax form to confirm fit, bite and appearance. Adjustments are made before final fitting.
Final Fit & Review
Your denture is fitted and reviewed for comfort and performance. Follow-up support is provided if needed.
Ongoing Support
We’re here to make sure your dentures continue to perform well.
From advice on cleaning and adhesives to relines or adjustments over time—your care doesn’t stop when the denture is fitted.

Materials & Craftsmanship
We use only the highest quality materials to create dentures that are both functional and attractive. Careful attention is given to fit, extension and bite—especially in the lower jaw where suction is most difficult to achieve.
Our designs often extend slightly further back in the lower arch to help create a better peripheral seal and improved stability.
If after this process you find your lower denture is still not stable enough, implant-retained dentures may be considered—but this is rarely required.
